Cancellation & Refund Policy
Yogkarma is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service.
We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us.
Subscription Billing: If you have purchased a subscription to one of our wellness programs, your subscription will be for a minimum period of the length of the program and cannot be cancelled. You have the option to cancel once the program has ended and if you do not want to renew your subscription. If you cancel your subscription prior to fulfilling your wellness program commitment, you will continue to be billed monthly until the support program is complete. If you cannot participate in any of the sessions for unforeseen circumstances, please note that refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and you can reach out to connect@yogkarma.in.
One-Time Billing: Certain wellness programs are conducted for a fixed duration of time with a one-time payment. In case you do not want to be part of the wellness program, then please reach out to connect@yogkarma.in. The sessions that are already used and attended, cannot be refunded. If you cannot participate in any of the sessions for unforeseen circumstances, please note that refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and you can reach out to connect@yogkarma.in.
If you are not completely satisfied with the program you have paid for, you may reach out to connect@yogkarma.in within 48 hours of the purchase and we will issue you a full refund right away. No questions asked!
